1-hour Chicken Stock!

Immunity boosting, delicious, and fast. Use for many different recipes (like our beef stew!) or just drink straight from the jar!
Ingredients
- (3) Chicken Backs
- (OR 1) Whole Chicken
- (2-3) Carrots
- (1) Onion
- (4-6) Garlic cloves
- (2 Tblsp) Salt
- (Opt. 2 tsp) Ground Turmeric
Directions
Place whole chicken (or 3 chicken backs) in soup pot or Instant Pot-- (Tip: Try roasting chicken first for a meal, then just use leftover carcass/bones. Still nourishing and even more flavorful!)
Half onion, carrots and celery stalks. Add into pot with chicken, along with garlic cloves (gently smashed with knife), salt, turmeric and other desired seasoning.
Cover with water (if using Instant Pot fill to "max-line").Stovetop: Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for a 4-6 hours (or more!)
Instant Pot: Turn on high pressure and set timer for 45 minutes. Let vent naturally 10 min, then release seal and vent.Enjoy as a soup with added ingredients...or just sip from a mug!
