Homemade Mayo
Creamy deliciousness that's whipped up and ready-to-go in just 3 minutes!
  • Prep Time:
  • Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • (2 cups) Oil (we love avocado, sunflower or a light tasting olive oil!)
  • (2 Whole) Pasture-Raised Eggs
  • (1-2 tsp) Mustard
  • (2 Tblsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (2 tsp) Salt

Directions

Add all ingredients to a wide-mouth quart size jar or a deep bowl. Use immersion blender to emulsify everything together, hold blender at bottom of jar for 30 seconds then slowly bring to top to finish mixing until thickened...then enjoy:)
