- (2 cups) Oil (we love avocado, sunflower or a light tasting olive oil!)
- (2 Whole) Pasture-Raised Eggs
- (1-2 tsp) Mustard
- (2 Tblsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (2 tsp) Salt
Add all ingredients to a wide-mouth quart size jar or a deep bowl. Use immersion blender to emulsify everything together, hold blender at bottom of jar for 30 seconds then slowly bring to top to finish mixing until thickened...then enjoy:)
