Egg-Crust Pizza
Cheesy, stretchy, and bursting with sausage, basil, and cheese! All this deliciousness minus the refined flour and loads of carbs.
  • Servings: 2 Pizzas


  • (8 Whole) Pasture-Raised Eggs
  • (1.5 cups) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • (1/3 cup) Almond Flour
  • (1 tsp) Salt
  • (1 tsp each) Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano and Basil
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese for topping
  • (1 lb) Pork Sausage
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Additional Toppings of Choice


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook your ground pork until browned and cooked through. Add in some salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder and fennel (opt) to taste.
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine your crust ingredients (eggs, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, salt, and seasonings). Mix well! Spread a heaping 1 cup of mixture onto the pan and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Once all the crust is baked, turn the oven temperature up to 450 degrees. Add sauce, cheese and other additional toppings to make your pizzas! Bake for another 5 minutes and broil for 2 minutes (optional). Let cool, slice, and enjoy!:)
